A concierge experience has to balance atmosphere with practical discovery. The design needs to help visitors move between service categories and listings while preserving a consistent premium identity.
Our design focus was editorial presentation, category discovery & premium service browsing. The project brings the opening message, supporting content and next-step actions into a connected website presentation.
